This information will let you know what the terms are for early cancellation of a treatment that has already been paid for or scheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When changing or cancelling an appointment, there are 2 different cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Appointment without deposit or prepayment. There is no \u201clate cancellation\u201d penalty for this type of appointment. However, if you cancel late 2 times in a row, we reserve the right not to offer \u201cnew appointments\u201d without prepayment.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Appointment with paid deposit, prepayment or healthcare voucher session.<\/strong>&nbsp;This type of appointment can be changed and cancelled in advance by telephone if it is done within the \u201cearly cancellation\u201d period (at least two working days prior to the cancellation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a late cancellation, the system automatically redeems the prepaid service and any healthcare voucher sessions available in the customer\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appointment reminders and confirmation requests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our system will usually send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, by email, WhatsApp message or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cThis message is a friendly reminder, sent as a courtesy, and in no way implies any obligation on the part of the Grupo Policl\u00ednica.\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Healthcare Vouchers (Sessions)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you purchase a multi-session voucher, the cancellation conditions are the same as for other \u201cprepayments\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multi-Session Voucher Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers can purchase \u201cmulti-session\u201d vouchers. This price option includes a discount on the normal price of a \u201csingle session\u201d.
